Project Description
This Oak Park exterior restoration was completed by Matrix Painting Inc. for Katie’s 3,000-square-foot home in Raleigh, NC. The eight-day project combined full exterior painting, deck and porch restoration, pressure washing, and extensive carpentry repairs.
The siding was finished in Passive SW 7064, with Pure White SW 7005 on the trim and Tricorn Black SW 6258 on the shutters. Atmospheric SW 6505 was selected for the porch ceiling, while Granite DD 3123 was used for the porch and deck flooring.
The project combined exterior house painting with deck restoration and carpentry work. The total project cost ranged from approximately $16,000 to $18,000.

Katie wanted to update the home with a new color scheme while also addressing significant damage to the siding, trim, and shutters. This meant the project needed repair work before the new coatings could be applied.
